Brandon Malone is a Barrister with Quadrant Chambers in London and a Scottish Advocate with Ampersand Advocates, Edinburgh. He is an international arbitrator and adjudicator and has 30 years of experience in commercial dispute resolution. Brandon has a wide commercial practice but has a focus on construction, engineering, energy, infrastructure, and technology. He has a particular interest in the potential implications of technology for dispute resolution (and dispute avoidance), including blockchain, cryptocurrencies and NFTs, Artificial Intelligence, Web3, and cyber security. He was chair of the board of the Scottish Arbitration Centre from 2011 to 2022 and remains a board director.
