Maciej Bulanda
Tech4development (T4D) professional

Maciej is a tech4development (T4D) professional passionate about inclusive innovation, human-centered design, and sustainable impact. 

He specializes in the use of blockchain technologies for aid delivery, financial inclusion, agriculture, and climate solutions. He worked on a number of research projects and pilots leveraging blockchain solutions in several Small States: Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Haiti. He designed open-source training and implementation toolkit for Oxfam’s Unblocked Cash project, which has been successfully scaled to six countries across the Pacific, Africa, and South America.

Maciej studied history, international relations, public policy, and innovation design. He holds a Master’s degree from the UCL School of Public Policy.  He is a co-founder and board member of PositiveBlockchain, and a technology strategist at PoliSync Centre for International Policy Engagement.
