Marleen Krueger focuses her practice on international commercial arbitration matters across a range of industries and jurisdictions. She has acted as counsel as well as secretary to the Tribunal in matters relating to a variety of sectors, including the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, construction, intellectual property, technology, automobile, and energy industries. Her experience covers institutional arbitrations conducted under a variety of arbitral rules, including ICC, LCIA, DIS, and UNCITRAL, and seated in both civil and common law jurisdictions across Europe, Asia, South America, the Middle East, and Africa. Ms. Krueger is fluent in both English and German and has participated in arbitrations conducted in both languages. Ms. Krueger regularly gives lectures on international arbitration at the University of Würzburg and SOAS University of London.
