Oliver is a professor of management at HTW University Berlin since 2010.
His fields of research include business modeling, digital transformation at large B2B companies, and the accompanying restructuring processes.
He started his professional career in corporate finance and moved into venture capital at a German PE fund focusing on portfolio development and risk management.
As a senior partner and managing director at Control Risks London’s forensic department, he oversaw its EMEA business before he returned to academia.
He serves as a non-executive board member at shape fruit AG.
Oliver holds a Ph.D. in economics from Freie Universität Berlin.
