Sebastian Becker(49) has been working as an innovation and strategy consultant for more than 20 years. He got actively involved in the blockchain sector in 2017 and served as Chief Commercial Officer at Riddle&Code for over 5 years. Based in Munich, he focuses on strategic Business Development Matchmaking between startups, industrial players, and investors – about how to best use blockchain-based solutions to establish their processes and services on more efficient, secure, transparent, and sustainable backends. He studied Political Science, Chinese, and Communication Science in Munich and Aix-en-Provence and is mostly interested in the use of tech for the benefit of society in the mid/long term. At Interplanetary Database Association e.V. and also at INATBA, he is actively involved in the governance discussion about how to best manage technology and consortial collaboration as well as automation by developing and implementing well-thought-through governance structures.
