Elle Langer is a professional media innovation manager, media producer and educated as a change
communication manager, design thinking coach, speaker and book author.

Elle Langer is an experienced media maker, media producer and innovative format developer.
With her production company pimento medienproduktions GmbH (Berlin) since 2000, she has
implemented numerous national and international media projects and formats – some with awards.
XR Media Entrepreneur, Co-Founder and Managing Director.
In 2020, Elle Langer founded the Creative XR tech start-up pimento formate GmbH, Berlin.
In addition to XR projects for clients, she and her team established the XR media brand
FUTURELEAF.space as the first media platform with innovative AR formats for webAR/web3. The focus
is on the innovative communication of future topics with XR for the young GenZGenA. The media brand
and the AR formats have already received several awards.
Board Member of VRBB
As a co-founder and board member of VRBB (Virtual Reality Berlin-Brandenburg), she played a major role
in establishing XR media in Germany (2017 – 2020).
Technology Development
In parallel, Elle is developing with her team and partners the AR technology “AR story creator tool” for
blockchain/NFT/green hosting, which allows anyone to produce and monetize AR narrations and formats
– without design and programming skills.
Education
Elle graduated with Master of Arts in “Leadership in Digital Communication/Innovation”
at University of the Arts Berlin/ HSG St. Gallen – Institute for Media and Communication Management.
Book publication
Elle published the scientific book “Media Innovations Augmented and Virtual Reality – Success Factors for
the Development of Experiences” by Springer Vieweg/Nature Verlag.
The book contains practical checklists for experience development to sensitize media makers* to XR
media.
